Q1: What is the maximum drilling depth and diameter?
A1: Our largest water well drilling rig model is MG-1000S, with a maximum drilling depth of 1000 meters and a drilling diameter of 105–400 mm.
Q2: What type of geology can the rig drill in?
A2: Soil, sand, hard rock.
Q3: What engine brand and power does it use?
A3: Yuchai, Yunnei, Cummins, Quanchai.
Q4: Can it be equipped with both a mud pump and an air compressor?
A4: All our water well drilling rig models come standard with a dual-purpose hydraulic power head for both water and air drilling, which can be connected to either a mud pump or an air compressor.
Q1: What is the unit price?
A1: The price of the machine depends on the drilling depth and drilling diameter. Please provide us with these two key pieces of information, and our sales representative will offer you an accurate price for the complete set of equipment.
Q2: What payment terms do you accept?
A2: We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C payment.
Q3: Do you require a deposit?
A3: Normally, we charge 30% of the total amount for the complete set of equipment as a production deposit.
Q4: What currency do you quote in?
A4: USD.
Q1: What is the delivery time after payment?
A1: The factory delivery time is usually 10–12 working days. For months with high order volume, please contact our sales manager to confirm the exact delivery time.
Q2: Which port will you ship from?
A2: Qingdao, Tianjing, Guangzhou.
Q3:Can you provide CIF or DDP shipping?
A3: We can provide FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping for our customers. Usually, we first offer the FOB price of the machine, and then design a professional shipping plan based on the quantity of equipment ordered. Typically, one water well drilling rig with all drilling tools is shipped in a 20GP container, while one drilling rig, one air compressor, and all drilling tools are shipped in a 40HQ container.
Q4: What documents will you provide for customs clearance?
A4: During customs clearance, we provide documents such as the proforma invoice, commercial invoice, and bill of lading to assist with import procedures. For ASEAN member countries—Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam—we also provide a Certificate of Origin to help customers reduce import duties.
Q1: Can the machine be painted in my company color?
A1: We can customize the machine color exclusively for you, and we will provide you with a color chart for your selection.
Q2: Can you customize the drilling rig configuration?
A2: The appearance and hydraulic configuration of the drilling rig can be customized for you, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units. This service is currently only available to distributor customers and is not offered to end-users.
Q3: Can you add my company logo?
A3: Please provide a clear vector file of your logo. We will place your custom logo on parts of the machine such as the hydraulic legs and engine cover.

MACHEX DRILL WARRANTY POLICY
___
1. Warranty Coverage
Machex provides a limited warranty of 12 months or 2000 working hours (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery to customers worldwide.
During the warranty period, if a defect is caused by manufacturing quality or material issues, Machex will provide the required original spare parts free of charge.
2. Warranty Service Terms
—Warranty applies only to machines and original parts used under normal operating conditions.
—Free spare parts will be shipped by courier/sea/air freight; the customer bears shipping costs.
—Repairs under warranty shall be carried out locally by the customer with Machex providing technical guidance (via video, phone, or documents).
—After the warranty expires, Machex will continue to supply required spare parts and technical support at preferential prices.
3. Exclusions The following cases are excluded from the warranty:
—Damage caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, or the use of non-original parts.
—Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, transportation, or external factors.
—Natural wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., drill bits, seals, belts, filters).
—Failures caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or non-professional repairs.
4. Customer Responsibilities
—Operate and maintain the machine in accordance with the user manual.
—Replace lubricants, filters, and other consumables on time.
—Notify Machex within 72 hours of discovering a fault and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
5. Other Statements
—Machex reserves the right of final interpretation and reasonable modification of this warranty policy.
—This warranty policy does not affect any other rights the customer may have under applicable laws.
